We work from our mini-chocolate factory in the rolling hills of Mid Wales. We use ethically produced chocolate. We think this is very important. We can confidently say: “ALL the chocolate that we use is produced using sustainable agriculture practices, ethically traded and supports cocoa producers and their families”

Coco Pzazz chocolate can be found in: farm shops, hampers, delis, cafes, garden centres. We also make room chocolates for hotels and event venues.

As word spreads, we also sell to a growing tribe of fans around the world – so can you find Coco Pzazz in artisan food shops and department stores in Europe, Japan and New Zealand too.

Our chocolates have character. We take good quality chocolate and infuse it with a selection of natural oils, extracts, herbs and spices – creating a lovely selection of unusual flavours.

You won’t find our chocolates in major supermarkets – that’s just not us! We are committed to a “made not manufactured” approach. This means that our chocolate is hand finished – making each one unique.

At Coco Pzazz we only use ethically traded and sustainably grown ingredients. This is important to us.

The chocolate that we use is mainly grown in Ghana, Colombia and Ecuador. All of this production is carefully monitored and a wide range of environmental and community investment projects take place – ensuring that the smallholder farmers and their families benefit from support, education and social investment.

The extracts that we use to flavour much of our range come from a Women’s social enterprise in Kerala, India.

We believe it is vital to understand the conditions that surround cocoa farming and to make sure that the chocolate that we buy actually benefits farming communities across the globe.

We could buy cheaper chocolate – but you do get what you pay for and – if we knew that we were buying ingredients that exploited growers or the environment, that would just leave a bad taste in our mouths!

We hope that you enjoy Coco Pzazz chocolate!
