Payment
In order to make sure online payments are safe and secure, we use PayPal as our payment processor.
Therefore, all major debit/credit cards are accepted.
All online transactions will be carried out in GBP.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties
As we use a third-party payment processor, we cannot be held liable for any loss of financial information.
Delivery
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to the UK.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate form of delivery. Our preferred choice of delivery is Second Class Royal Mail. You should allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Royal Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged as a result of no-one being in on the appointed day to receive an order.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products.
If you are not satisfied with your item, please return the goods to us in their original condition by a recorded postal or courier service, with your reason and we may refund you the cost of the product upon satisfactory retrieval of the item but you will forfeit the original postage cost to you and postage cost you need to pay to return it to us.
Claims for damage should be made within 24 hours. If you make more than 2 claims, we have the right to refuse to sell items to you in the future.
