Mairead

I joined the business way back at the beginning - in 2013. I began as an apprentice and am now Production Manager and get involved in most aspects of the business. From planning production, making the chocolate with my team through to packing, dispatch and invoicing - that’s what I do!

I also work with Lori on developing new products and also host chocolate making at the Coco Live chocolate school. I love to develop and test new recipes for our chocolate making events - and constantly have lots of new ideas.

When I am not working I enjoy walking and spending time with my dog, Ellie. Having a sweet tooth, I love trying out new eateries and cafes - anywhere with cake, pancakes and ice cream gets my vote!

I have been with Coco Pzazz from the early days and it is great to look back at where we came from and where we are now - and the big plans that we have for the future too. I feel very much a part of the business.
