At Coco Pzazz, we believe chocolate should be about more than just what’s inside the box. It should be beautiful, creative and something that makes you smile before you’ve even taken your first bite.
That’s why we love collaborating with talented independent artists to create our distinctive, artist-designed chocolate packaging. And this winter, we’re delighted to be working with Hilary Yafai of Hilberry Designs.

Hilary is an illustrator and designer with a passion for colour, pattern and design, working from her home on the edge of the Lake District in Cumbria. Her creative career has included ceramics, interior design, greetings cards and giftware, with an impressive client list including Harrods, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Waterstones, John Lewis and Oxfam. Her work also has a wonderful sense of place, something that has become an important part of her creative practice. Hilberry Designs Ltd
And we think her style is a perfect fit for Coco Pzazz.
For our new collection, Hilary has created two beautiful festive designs for our Caramel Crunch Milk Chocolate and Snowy Raspberry Dark Chocolate bars.
The Caramel Crunch design takes us on a magical winter journey, with a colourful Christmas campervan travelling through a snowy landscape, surrounded by festive trees, cosy houses and flying reindeer.
Our Snowy Raspberry design has a more wintry countryside feel, featuring snowy mountains, woodland, festive trees and plenty of charming details to discover.
Inside the packaging is our delicious artisan chocolate – creamy milk chocolate with crunchy caramel pieces in one bar, and rich dark chocolate with a fruity raspberry twist in the other.
Together, they make wonderful Christmas chocolate gifts, stocking fillers or simply a delicious festive treat for yourself.
Which Artists Inspire Hilary?
We always love discovering the creative influences behind an artist's work, so we asked Hilary which artists inspire her.
"I am inspired by so many artists but the ones that spring to mind immediately are Jane Askey (wonderful artworks), Jane Ormes (printmaker) and Heather Day (abstract artist). I also love Angie Lewin's work."
It's lovely to see how different creative influences come together in Hilary's own work, from printmaking and abstract art to beautifully detailed illustration.
You can discover more of Hilary's work through Hilberry Designs.
For us, working with independent artists is a really important part of what makes Coco Pzazz special.
We want our chocolate to taste fantastic, but we also want the packaging to tell a story and give our customers something beautiful to enjoy. Our artist collaborations allow us to champion creativity while creating something that feels different from your everyday chocolate bar.
We're absolutely delighted with Hilary's new Winter & Christmas designs and think they make the perfect pairing of beautiful artwork and delicious artisan chocolate.
Whether you're looking for a thoughtful chocolate gift, a Christmas treat for a chocolate lover or simply something special to enjoy over the festive season, we think these new bars bring a little extra Pzazz to Christmas.
A huge thank you to Hilary for bringing her creativity to Coco Pzazz.
